Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Frens Chocolates are not eligible for returns/refunds. However if you feel warranted please reach out to Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the package with a description and photograph showing the item.
Frens Chocolates Customer Representative will act appropriately on a case by case basis. Frens Chocolates reserve the sole right to decide if reshipment on the qualifying item is needed.
Frens Chocolates offers a melt proof guarantee only on 2-Day and Next Day Shipping.
We do not offer refunds/returns on apparel. All sales are final.
Limitations on the guarantee:
Guarantee not valid if there is an error on the shipping address, including the failure to provide apt numbers when applicable. Guarantee not valid on multiple delivery attempts. Guarantee not valid if there is any delay to your order due to Carrier rerouting or weather conditions.
What Qualifies as melting?
The bar has lost shape and is no longer solid. Bars that arrive slightly soft to touch and are still in bar form does not qualify. However if you feel warranted please reach out to Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the package with a description and photograph showing the item.
Shipping
General Shipping Information
Business days are defined as Monday through Fridays.
Our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please allow for extended processing time during the holiday time periods. Frens Chocolates does not ship on Fridays.
Due to the perishable nature of our items, Frens Chocolates reserves the right to ship orders based on weather conditions.
No deliveries to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations. Deliveries made only to the Lower 48 States.
Frens Chocolates is not responsible if there is an error on the shipping address, including the failure to provide apt numbers when applicable.
Frens Chocolates is not responsible for the perishable nature of the shipment if the carrier has to make multiple delivery attempts.
Frens Chocolates is not responsible for the perishable nature of the shipment if there is any delay to your order due to Carrier rerouting or weather conditions.
Only Next Day and 2-Day orders are guaranteed to ship out in a specific timeframe, Standard Shipping & Free Shipping orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date.

Frens Chocolates chocolate bars have a general best buy date of 6 months from receipt.
Standard/Free Shipping
Frens Chocolates shipping days for Free and Standard shipping are Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to ensure that the chocolates will not be held by carriers over the weekend. There are no guaranteed ship timeframe for Free and Standard shipping.
2-Day and Next-Day Delivery
Frens Chocolates 2-Day orders will be shipped out Mondays through Wednesday. Next-Day orders will be shipped out Mondays through Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Melt Proof Guarantee
Frens Chocolates offers a melt proof guarantee on 2-Day and Next Day orders.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
